My Story: So, back in 2016 I applied for the Fully Funded SUSI Exchange Program in the United States, unfortunately, I was selected as an alternate student meaning that if someone dropped from the list then I will become a Final candidate for that program.
That un-selection made a huge impact on me, and I was so sad about this. Then I found another program and I applied for “AIESEC International Internship in Egypt in 2016“. I paid all the expenses for that trip.
It’s true that Hard Work Pays Off. I waited for a year and again in 2017 I applied for the SUSI Exchange Program with a more good personal statement. And I told them in an interview about my Internship in Egypt.
I was lucky enough that I got selected for the SUSI Exchange Program in 2017 and it was one of the Best Trips ever.
The lesson for you is that do not miss any opportunity. Try, Try and one day you will get the best one.
